- L'histoire - we begin the evening with a brief yet fascinating history of chocolate
- Saveur - then we commence a tasting session where we try varieties of chocolate from around the world and we share our opinions and revelations
- Gout - we try 18 different varieties of chocolates and discuss which ones we like the best - if we're feeling adventurous there will be blindfolds!
- Au revoir - we say goodbye after a delcious fondue where you try new flavour sensations! You then go home with a goodie bag of treats to enjoy on your own
Basic Chocolatier Course
Duration: 2-3 hours one evening of the week
Class size: Maximum 4 persons
Cost:$200
A great starter course for the person who wants to jump right into creating without worrying about the science of tempering! The curriculum follows:
- Paint and mould iconic chocolate fish
- Fill and close chocolates
- Make hokey pokeys from beginning to end
- Make a personalised easter egg if it's easter time
Ultimate Chocolatier Course
Duration: 8 hours
Held: Tuesday to Friday evening from 7 - 9pm or we can tailor the hours to suit your schedule
Class size: Maximum 4 persons
Cost: $500.00
The ultimate course for the serious chocoholic determined to create their very own masterpieces! The curriculum follows:
- Learn the art of tempering
- Create your very own ganaches
- Mould, fill, and close chocolates
- Roll and dip truffles or hokey pokeys
- Paint and mould iconic chocolate fish
- Mould antique metal moulds
- Create your own easter eggs if it's easter time
