What do you do with my personal information?
We keep it on hand but we don’t ever forward it on to any other companies.

Are payments secured?
All payments are secured through PAYPAL.

What options do I have for paying for my order?
You can either pay through PAYPAL or through direct credit through New Zealand banks.

Will my chocolates arrive in perfect condition?
We will package your order the best we can to ensure the chocolates arrive in perfect condition. If we fail to do this a complaint must be lodged within 2 days of receiving your order in order to ensure a full refund. We expect the damaged chocolates to be sent back to us in order to refund your payment.

When will you ship my order?
We ship throughout New Zealand. We can ship internationally as well.

When will I receive it?
For orders within New Zealand, you will receive your order within 3 days. For international orders, the length of time depends on your location in the world.

What delivery services do you use?
We use New Zealand Post.

Can I place an order by phone?
Yes you can by calling our boutique in Fendalton, Christchurch.

Do you deliver during the warmer months? Do you use a special type of packaging?
We do delivery during warmer months. We use ice packs to keep the chocolates cool.

How can I get an invoice?
Simply request one via email and we will send it out as soon as possible.

How can I track my order?
All of our parcels are track and trace.

Do you deliver your products anywhere in the world?
Yes we do.

How far in advance should I place my order during holiday periods?
You should place your order one month in advance during holiday periods, especially Easter.

Is it possible to visit your kitchen?
We have several course options available.

Do you hold chocolate tastings for small groups?
Yes we do, please refer to the chocolate courses page.

Do you have shops in the USA?
Not yet but global domination is on our to-do list.

Do you offer internships?
We offer stages for those of you in the industry who want to further your knowledge of working with chocolate.
